One has to comply with all the requirements stated by the State Authority of AYUSH.<\/li>\n    <li>As per Drugs &#038; Cosmetics Act, 1940, it is <b style=\"color:#012060\">mandatory to apply for GMP<\/b> along with manufacturing license.<\/li>\n    <li>If Ayurvedic (including Siddha) or Unani drugs are manufactured on more than one premises \u2013 a separate application is to be made and separate license shall be obtained in respect of each premises.<\/li><br>\n\nCertificates required for AYUSH Manufacturing License: GMP &#038; COPP (if applicable)<br><br>\n\n    <li>GMP Certification: Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is a system whereby it is ensured that the products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards as prescribed in line with the WHO. The intent behind such certification is to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production.<\/li><br>\n\nA good manufacturing practices certificate (GMP) indicates that the pharmaceutical manufacturing company has cleared the inspection of the pharmaceutical regulatory body of that country and is safe even to be exported and it ensures that the product meets the standards of good manufacturing practices as stated by the WHO.<br><br>\n\n    <li>CoPP: Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP): The CoPP is the legal document that certifies that the manufacturing company having this certificate is legally allowed to sell their pharmaceutical product in the country they are producing.<\/li><\/ul><br>\n\nDuration of License:<br>\nManufacturing License is valid for 5 the Applicant Company and products will have to be authorized by Authority.<\/li>\n \t<li>The loan license holder may supply raw material or packaging material to the manufacturer as per the contract and the manufacturer will convert this raw material to finished goods or manufacturer can arrange the raw materials or packaging material from own sources also.<\/li>\n \t<li><b style=\"color: #012060;\">Charges charged by the manufacturer on the Loan license holder-<\/b> Conversion charges are charged by the manufacturer i.e., the cost for manufacturing the desired product in his manufacturing unit or premises.<\/li>\n \t<li><b style=\"color: #012060;\">Changing the Manufacturer- On change of manufacturer, <\/b>the loan license holder is required to apply for a <b style=\"color: #012060;\">Loan license again<\/b> with a new GMP certified manufacturer.<\/li>\n \t<li><b style=\"color: #012060;\">Product Label Display-<\/b> the Product label will <b style=\"color:
