the operations of the said establishment or branch or unit is\nofficially designated to fulfill certain responsibilities or roles within the realm of Legal Metrology. This\nensures that notices for any violations committed by a particular establishment, branch or unit are issued\nonly to the nominated person.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e299d exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e299d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b style=\"color: #012060;\">Section 49 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 read with Rule 29 of Legal Metrology (General) Rules, 2011, <\/b>provides for \u2013 offences by companies and power of the court to publish the name, place of business, etc., for companies convicted.
